Terms of Service - PocketClaude

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PocketClaude, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

PocketClaude provides a voice-controlled interface to Claude Code through an Apple Watch application and a Mac agent. The service enables you to execute coding tasks using voice commands.

3. Requirements

Apple Watch with watchOS 10 or later
Mac with Node.js 18 or later
Valid Anthropic API key or Claude subscription
Claude Code CLI installed and authenticated

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your Apple ID and API keys
Reviewing and approving code changes before applying them
Ensuring your use complies with Anthropic's usage policies
Any costs incurred from Anthropic API usage

5. Code and Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your code and data. PocketClaude does not claim any rights to the code you create, modify, or process through our service. Your source code remains on your local machine and is never transmitted to our servers.

6. Limitation of Liability

PocketClaude is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, code errors, or service interruptions. Always review AI-generated code changes before applying them.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PocketClaude for:

Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Generating malicious code or malware
Attempting to circumvent security measures
Interfering with the service or other users

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
