1. Introduction
PocketClaude ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Apple Watch application and Mac agent.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID identifier and optionally your email address.

3. How Your Code Stays Private
Your source code never leaves your machine. The PocketClaude architecture ensures:

- Only voice commands and responses pass through our relay server
- The relay server does not store or log your commands
4. Third-Party Services
Apple Sign In: Authentication is handled by Apple's secure Sign in with Apple service.
Anthropic Claude: Your prompts are sent to Anthropic's API using your own API key, subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
6. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for all data in transit, secure authentication via Apple Sign In, and regular security audits.
